Rates

Payment
Payment must be made at least 8 hours before the beginning of the first paid session.
Payment is accepted electronically ( debit, charge, paypal)
Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a $50 fee unless it is emailed at least 8 hours before the appointment.
Clearly Mandarin reserves the right to cancel service at any time without need of explanation. Students will be charged for the time spent and refunds are made in 5-7 business days for the unused time.
Location
We can be reached via phone, video chat or onsite/face-to-face. If possible, we prefer the first two meetings to be onsite, face-to-face.
